GENESIS is a compact single-family prefabricated wood panel house.

48m2 total area and 60m2 building area. Building

corresponds to the A+ energy efficiency level. The layout of the house is designed so that three people can feel comfortable in it.

Sustainable materials are used in the construction and the building is equipped with air/

water heat pump, and warm floors.
